What model Hybrid is this?

I have seen this model before, but I don't remember what model number it was and by whom,
All I know is that this model is an old layout, not been manufacturer anymore

- bathroom in the back
- bunk beds in the back, behind the bathroom.
- only tow foldouts bed, one at the front and one at the side
- dinette in the front

Using some images, I have puzzled together the floor plan the way I remember it.

Thanks.

My husband and I turtle on the way from Maryland to Florida, and then back again. It's very convenient and many places are completely welcoming. We've found some that enen have a special RV parking area. It sure beats paying for a campsite for a quick layover!

Hybrid TTs are unique in that you can choose to open the tent ends, like a popup or keep them closed and sleep on the dinette/sofa, like a small TT.
hence the term"turtling".

Comes in handy for bad weather or quick overnights on the road.

You can not sleep 4 turtled unless sleeping on the floor. The dinette is kids only and I never dropped it. The front bench is a clothes ward and not a bed. I use it for year round camping in extreme conditions. Hunting and using the rear bunk beds only or family camping. Last weekends trip had my kids (6 and 3) in the bunkbeds, me on front bed and a mom and her 3 and 6 year old on the side bed. 100f outside, bunk end gizmos, ac cranking and 6 of us sleeping like babies.

Awesome camper!

That is my camper. Ultra rare. Awesome floor plan! It was made in 2007 and 2008 during the end of Starcraft and jayco takeover. Recession and start of the demise of the U.S.

A little larger trailer, different layout, but had the bunks and jackknife sofa, Aerolite 23BH and Palomino(S 23 bh). We had our Cub 23BH for 9 years and loved the layout. It was great for turtling when needed with a family of four. Ours was a 2006 and they made them for a couple more model years. I think Palomino made their model for a few years after that too.

no, it not like the 183. the 183 has 3 canvas bunk ends, the Starcraft only 2.
the Starcraft has bunk beds in the back, the 183 has NO bunk beds.

i believe PAThwacker has one of these. they're not very common.

YES, this is exactly why I like that layout, this can accommodate a family of 4 when "turtling" on a long trips or unexpected events in your trip...

I know this exist because I was in one a few years ago in a campground (one site next to me)
only now, a few years later, I realize how awesome this layout is!
If i can only find the make and model...

Wow,
I like this layout... though it must be an older model. I just bought a new 2014 this year, and thoroughly researched a lot of the new models. I went with a TravelStar 239TBS, which is similar, but has the 3rd queen tip out in place of the bunk beds.

I'd be inclined to encourage manufacturers to bring back this layout. A little bigger option too though with a slide-out U-dinette and jackknife sofa opposite to it, like my 239TBS has now. Bunk beds probably make it heavier than the HTT market could support. I'm on the upper end now of the HTT weight market at 6,500 max... for that weight you need a strong TV, and might as well look at Bigger TTs or 5'ers. I like canvas though. Open, airy, bright. Fun.
Very interesting, but sorry I'm no help!
