I agree with the others. I have installed my own and both of my son's Hensley hitches. All you have to do is be able to read and follow directions, have a few simple hand tools and an electric drill. It is not hard at all but just takes a bit of time - as any other hitch would, to do it correctly.
The dealers that sell Hensley also do the installations as far as I know. There are not that many that sell the hitch though as it is quite pricy and they would rather easily sell a less expensive hitch along with the trailer.
