Hi all -
I finally bit the bullet and had a Victron inverter/charger, DC-DC charger, Cerbo GX, 400ah of lithium batteries, gen autostart and 800 watts of solar installed in my '14 AF992.
The overall system works well, and the autostart worked great, but after a few tests the genset (Onan 2.8/2.5 lp with 55 hrs) started throwing a 27 code (no AC voltage sensed). It's in the Onan shop now, but in the process of further troubleshooting we disconnected the control harness to eliminate the new wiring system and (1) we now get a Code 36 (no fuel) and (2) the indicator light on the switch on the generator is about twice as bright as when the control harness is plugged in.
Does anyone have any idea on why the indicator brightness would change?
