Use a battery drill w/adapter to run the jacks down to the ground first. Likewise use the drill to run the jacks back up once the camper is on the truck.
Make sure the front of the camper is always higher than the back when raising or lowering. I always use a cordless drill to raise or lower the jacks after the camper weight is off.Bill
