I'm not sure about the warranty. I'm not sure why it would matter. I'm not adding or pulling any more weight then without them. But after having them I wont go without, much safer feeling.Tim

I have tried doing a search but I didn't see a post on any of them with the newer motor. Maybe that was your point. Seems like it would have to be an improvement over stock. Not looking to save MPG's just a little more power.Tim
