When I had a SuperGlide 4100, I had one of those circular locks that fit it. Don't know what the 2900 looks like so perhaps it's different. I'd also not be surprised to hear that they copied that from another manual... stranger things have happened...

We cook both indoors and out and I've never had any issues with lingering smells. I don't get these folks that buy a rig with a kitchen and bath but never use them because of the fear of something not smelling right.
Often I find what I'm looking for on Amazon or eBay but Tweety's has the best price. I've made a number of purchases from them and never had any issues.
I've got the same exact make, model and year truck and we went with the B&W Companion that fits into the puck system. I absolutely love this hitch and it comes apart in two pieces that are easy to remove should you need the bed for hauling something...
