we currently have a dometic rm2852 and need to replace it. have found a replacement unit for $1100-$1200 online... has anybody replaced this unit with a residential unit? what model fridge did you use to replace this dometic fridge?
We decided to replace just the cooling unit. We got one from rvcoolingunit.com , Dave was a very big help when we had questions with the install. The frig works REALLY well and we saved $1000 over a replacement unit! Thank you again Dave!
