Several posters have already mentioned this, but I'll mention it again. If you have the Transynd tested annually, it is fine until the test comes back and says you need to change it. Until then, there is no need or no requirement to change it.

OEM G670s, 295/80R22.5, doing fine so far.

Bottom line...Lots of weight, lots of miles = diesel. Less miles (especially), less weight = gas.
