I also own a TH and a jet ski. That just sounds like a lot of work and extra equipment to me. For the more local trips you'd be better off having family/friend tow the ski behind another vehicle to the destination.
Same tires here. I always run 100psi. No problems in 4 years. My air compressor at the house is only 125psi so it is a challenge for me to get more than 100 psi in the tires.
Keep in mind, especially with the newer Keystone FW's with the N-Command system, most of the trailers functions can be set up using the app on your smartphone. No need to get out in the rain. And you can run the generator/fridge/AC while traveling
I'm at approximately 55 feet with my rig. All truck stops for me and I always fill up in the back with the truckers. In my experience I've always had to go inside and pay first, using my best guess at how much fuel I need.
