The only difficult road would be Teton Pass Hwy (Hwy 22) between Jackson and Idaho directly to the west.  It is a long steep climb with a long steep drop on the Idaho side.  I do it with my GMC 2500 and truck camper as it is a slow climb and never had a problem.  Many go south and then west on Hwy 89, however I've never gone this route with my truck camper.
