We are off to visit friends that have rented a house in the west end of Ajijic Lake Chapala area. Travelling in a 40DP with toad. Any recommendations regarding where to stay in the RV or store it safely for a few days would be appreciated.
Roca Azul is near Jocotepec at the west end of Chapala and the only decent RV park in the area. It can be difficult to find and difficult to take the best route. There has been road construction and things have changed including the signs that point to it were not there a few weeks ago. Tell what route you think you are taking to Ajijic - where you are coming from - and maybe I can help. Do you have a GPS? Can you enter Lat Lon to create a route? You do not want to make the mistake of going into Jocotepec and there is a new bypass road if you come from Ajijic. If you PM us with your email I can email maps to you.
