Since we're going to be in Kelso anyway visiting family... We decided to make a trip of it...

Comments welcome on RV parks and routes!

Highway 12 from I5 to Yakima..
Then 82 to 90 to Spokane
Highway 2 to Kalispell to visit Glacier
Back Highway 2 to 95 down to Coeur d Lane
95 to Lewiston...
Over 12 to Walla Walla Washington... to 11 to Pendelton... then 395 down to Cali at Carson City to cut over to Highway 50 OR cut west at 26 in Oregon to go through Bend on 97 to I5 and home.

Thinking about a week in Kalispell... to visit Glacier..

Lewiston or Coeur d lane for a week?

Personally, If I had the time, I would take Hwy 12 to I82 and then in Ellensburg, get on Hwy 97 for a beautiful trip north, checking out Leavenworth, Wenatchee, and finally spending at least a day at Lake Chelan, taking the ferry ride up the lake. Then I would take Hw 2 to Spokane and Coeur d Lane, stopping at Coulee City to see the dam plus some of the most spectacular geological sites along the way. Unless you have friends in Coeur d Lane, its a good overnight, but not a lot to see or do and if it were me, I'd continue on Hwy 2 to Glacier.
