Just and FYI for those of you planning to travel the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia the next several weeks.
Repaving will start July 5 between mile posts 27 - 37; 64 - 101 and 150 - 175 and is expected to take 12 weeks to complete. The parkway will not be closed but expect delays as the work progresses.
It should be finished before prime leaf color hits in mid October.
