Hey! Rest assured that you can take it. I had Crave Max 2500 and cbd oil with me, I passed without problems.
No one cares about something like that, something like this is normal there)

Even though I don't smoke anymore (just vaping my Spaceman Prism 20000) and this post is from three years ago, it still popped up for me, so I guess it's fate ๐ I gotta share my experience. I brought CBD oil and a CPAP machine into Mexico recently with no issues, just kept the CBD in its original packaging and had a prescription for the CPAP. Border control was very straightforward, so no issues appeared. That's it, thank you for your attention ๐

I am no expert on traveling with it (working on that,as we are going on a cruise) but Mexico could very well have difficulty with it, even if it is labeled "without THC" if it has a chance of containing it.

You'll have no problem with the CPAP. The CBD oil may contain trace amounts of THC - which could land you in a Mexican jail.

There was an article on the news today about CBD oil, it also said there is a trace amount of THC.
I would not attempt to take it across the border, to me it's just asking for problems.
Unless someone posts specific rules covering CBD oil and crossing the border, I would not take the chance. But, that's me.
