Even though I don't smoke anymore (just vaping my Spaceman Prism 20000) and this post is from three years ago, it still popped up for me, so I guess it's fate ๐Ÿ™‚ I gotta share my experience. I brought CBD oil and a CPAP machine into Mexico recently with no issues, just kept the CBD in its original packaging and had a prescription for the CPAP. Border control was very straightforward, so no issues appeared. That's it, thank you for your attention ๐Ÿ™‚

I am no expert on traveling with it (working on that,as we are going on a cruise) but Mexico could very well have difficulty with it, even if it is labeled "without THC" if it has a chance of containing it.

Wife and I have booked 3 cruises over next two years. I can tell you neither Royal Caribbean or NCL allow CBD oil or medical cannabis in any form on board. Cruise lines operate under US law, not state/local law. If found in a foreign port, you may have serious problems and that includes Mexico.

I think the average price of everything is pretty much the same everywhere now. Gosh can't even begin to say how much I hate inflation... https://www.tillmanstranquils.com/product/600mg-delta-8-gummies/ . A small example: I've been into these gummies for these last few years. I remember when I first started taking them was because my wife insisted. She claimed that these are gluten free and non-GMO etc etc. Anyways, my favorite gummies used to cost only 40$ and now it's like 60$ or something...

"Buy the CBD down there, everything is cheaper south of the border."
Not really. Gasoline, diesel, electricity, electronics, appliances, many groceries are more expensive in Mexico than in the United States.

There are a number of places in Puerto Penasco that sell CBD oil.

Honestly speaking, I was suspicious about CBD at first. But later I changed my opinion. My wife started suffering from insomnia. She was prescribed pills but having checked the info about them on the Canadian pharmacy site, we found out that this medication has many side effects. That's why my wife decided to try CBD products. I should say, they work for her. I even tried CBD gummies for pain relief and was surprised by the effect.

You'll have no problem with the CPAP. The CBD oil may contain trace amounts of THC - which could land you in a Mexican jail.

There was an article on the news today about CBD oil, it also said there is a trace amount of THC.
I would not attempt to take it across the border, to me it's just asking for problems.
Unless someone posts specific rules covering CBD oil and crossing the border, I would not take the chance. But, that's me.

Buy the CBD down there, everything is cheaper south of the boarder.

Yes, this is a problem in many states that you cannot just buy herb and products from it, even if they are medicinal products. This is the kind of government we have, and you can't help it. I also have a long time and = rocks where I can buy SDB oil, because I know that after a hard operation, only it will help me, and thank God that I came across such a wonderful article like this https://urbanaroma.com/how-to-find -weed-in-dc /. I read on it where I can legally buy SBD oil and other products without risk. I advise everyone to read it.

I would definitely not recommend taking CBD oil over to Mexico. You can find many cannabis products in Mexico, so there really isn't much reason to bring it over. You are just going to risk getting into big trouble or going to jail. I wonder if Mexico has cannabis delivery services to order weed online and get it delivered to your place? I know Canada and the USA do. Maybe you can find something like that over there to get your CBD oil.

Hello, CPAP isn't too hard to find in Mexico, and you can cross it even over the contry boundary. It is officialy allowed on the teritory of Mexico, but you have problems with CBD, because it can contain THC, which is forbitten in Mexico. It is equivalent to other drugs from class 1, like heroine or cocaine, and you can go in prison for that. That is why if you really need CBD or THC better to go for some time in USA. There you will find a lot of websites like https://getkush.io/product-category/edibles/thc-gummies/ where you can get THC gummies and other products that can help you cure your disease. I wish you good luck, and hope you won't visit the mexican jail, cause it is not the best place to visit, on this world.

I love Blessed CBD oil. I have tried several products on the market and this one https://knockoutcbd.com/cbd-product-category/cbd-vape-cartridges/ is by far the most effective. I have been struggling with anxiety and insomnia for a long time now but Blessed has eased that anxiety and helped me sleep better. Reasonably priced and very fast delivery too!
