The top route is faster, but only concerned with grades etc.

Have driven the Rockies before .

Grades and road conditions being =. Which is the best as far as scenery ?

ID 22 takes you over Teton Pass. It is a 10% grade from Wilson for like nine (?) miles. And what goes up must come down.
