FlattestRoute.com has been taken off line.

From the developer: "Due to Google Map's new pricing, I have taken the site offline."

Does anyone know of a replacement website?

Yeah, it wasn't here. I saw it on the Living The RV Dream page on FB. The guy's name is Jason Epperson. I noticed this morning that the page says "For development purposes only". I poked the author on FB.

This one is UK based but works fine.

Also, if you choose to walk your route, Google maps will show elevation.
