Highway164 Nipton Road to Searchlight

Hi
We are travelling from Death Valley and were not sure if we would be OK taking the exit of I15 to Nipton Road (Highway 164) to Searchlight, there are four of us and we are all fairly large (40+ feet plus toad) is this road RV friendly.

Been on that route several times. Other than the railroad tracks at Nipton you can drive full speed the entire way. FYI, there is a slight rough patch between I15 and Nipton.
