Interstate 75 about 10 miles north of Knoxville

Construction on I-75 is causing major delays on I-75 north bound in Anderson County.

Lane closures on the interstate has I-75 North is reduced to one lane between mile marker 122 and mile marker 123. The closure began on Friday night at 9 p.m. and will continue through Monday morning at 6 a.m.

We were there yesterday. We headed south and saw the backup, which was more than 8 miles long. When we headed back north, we came up Rt 441 and went across Norris Dam. It was a beautiful drive and we were back on I-75 above the construction.
