Municipal campgrounds & dumpstations, BC

Is there anywhere, on the internet, a definitive (or reasonably definitive list) of municipal campgrounds in BC or do I have to look at each individual town or city to find out what there is? Also, dumpstations. I have found one or two websites which help a little, but can anyone direct me to a site (or give me some information) which lists municipal dumpstations or stores, fuel stations, or other commercial premises that offer facilities throughout the province? Forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere - I am happy to be directed to other threads!

Not sure what the problem is because it works for me. The link is "https://www.rv.net/forum/index.cfm/fuseaction/thread/tid/29367681/srt/pd/pging/1/page/2.cfm".

Thanks again, guys. Have downloaded allstays to ipad. Excellent for offline. Along with other information I have found, we are certainly getting there, but unfortunately .......

Hi,

Yes it is difficult to find the Municipal CGs but here are a few locations that have them:

Golden, Logan Lake, New Denver, Kaslo, Princeton, Trail, Ashcroft, & Salmo. Have look at a couple of these on the all stays site:
https://www.allstays.com/Campgrounds/British-Columbia-campground-map.htm

Also have a look at this useful and probably more up to date, sani-station guide:

Good luck

get the allstays app. Costs a few dollars but it has filters so you can show only one type of place at a time if you want. Has hundreds of places across Canada.

With sanidumps, it is possible to download the entire list for each state or province so you have it off-line, or you can also buy the lists as a pdf document. Plenty of free places too so no need to pay for dump or to fill with water.

This is the best guide out there.

As far as a list of municiple camp grounds in the province? I have never seen one. The provincial grounds are all listed under this site.

What one could do, is Google the name of the community you think you are going to be at the next night and see what facilities are listed.
