I am looking for advise about Oregon Hwy 227 from Canyonville to Trail. Is there any issues about taking our large fiver on that road? Thanks.

The quick and easy will be I-5 to Gold Hill. 234 to 62.

There is fuel in Shady Cove. The 76 station has diesel and the pump are parallel to the road.

It's a curvy hilly road. Last year some of the narrow partitions were widen quite a bit. Log trucks travel it on a regular basis, so the road is large enough. There are some hilly stretches.

227 is not going to save you much time, but it will get you off of the freeway. It's about 30 miles shorter, but the time will be very close to the same.

It is a great ride on a motorcycle.
