Parks Canada reservations to open 3 months

For those who are planning to book campsites in some Canadian National Parks, be advised that the reservation booking dates have been moved up to January 2016. Before this announcement, reservations did not open until April, so book next month or you will be disappointed.

Good luck to all the rest who are planning a trip to Banff/Jasper....in my mind some of the most amazing scenery on this planet.

Good advice to book early. We're heading out there at the end of August/early September but flying. I booked hotel reservations last December. One of the places we are staying was almost already completely booked. Having been there before, I have to agree about how breathtaking it is out there.

Yep, I was on at 8am looking for p/w/s jul 14-21 for 3 rigs...and within 3 mins I had the last sites for the dates I wanted. Sometimes I forget just how many folks I am competing against to get the sites I want. Whistlers has been selling out quickly, at least for the hook-up sites. I was online bright and early on launch day and watched them sell out within 30 minutes. At least for the dates we wanted. Thank heaven I am fast with the computer...we got what we wanted for Jasper, Lake Louise and Banff..Yea:B
