Buy Out Week?

Hi! What does it mean when a park says you have a buy out week? I have asked them but haven't heard back quite yet.

We were looking to stay a month and they said we could stay two weeks, then the buy out week then pay for the last week.

Anyone have experience with this?

It means after 14 days you can stay if you are willing to pay for the week you are supposed to be out. You will be charged the full daily rate for the seven days or a weekly rate if it is offered.

This happens with a lot of membership parks that only allow a 14 night stay. Stay your 14 nights, leave for 7 nights(hopefully somewhere close and cheep) then come back for the 14 nights.
