I was wondering if anyone knew of some campgrounds in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area that also have cabins available? Thanks or the help.

What "type" of CG are you looking for? Are you wanting a "woodsy" setting with trees, creeks, grass, etc.... or do you prefer to have your feet never leave the pavement? Typically, the CG's in Townsend and the ones east of Gatlinburg are more "parksy", while a lot of the Pigeon Forge area CG's are more like resorts with more concrete. To each their own...but definitely something to consider. Before I offend the Pigeon Forge faithful, I am aware there are some great CG's there, but there are also a lot of "parking lot" style. No matter what, you are in the Smokies, so you can't go wrong!!!!!

BTW, I'll add Tremont Outdoor Resort to the list...some of the nicest CG cabins I have seen.

Smoky Bear campground Gatlinburg. LOVE IT. Small, clean, FHU and owner's live on premises. Quiet, nicely located just outside Gatlinburg. There is even a short cut to Pigeon Forge if you want to avoid "Gatlinburg traffic" what little there is ๐Ÿ™‚
