Thank you...We have a limited time. And can really only do one area properly...we were going to pick my husband up in Halifax and go on up to PEI..is that the best choice if we only have a few days or would you suggest a different region? He loves the mussels...lol....but I imagine they can be gotten anywhere up there if it is season.

Fundy is one of our FAVORITE spots. It's a day's drive from here and we've been many times. Hopewell Rocks is one of the coolest places on earth, as is the Fortress of Louisburg. Be prepared for heavy traffic in the N. Conway area but there's TONS of shopping and restaurants. If you are there on a weekend you might catch one of the art festivals on the common. Your trip looks very ambitious and tons of fun. Enjoy!

My son and I are going to be up that way July 16th - 21st and pick my husband up at the Halifax airport. Is Woodlake a nice campground?

Every been around Prince Edward Is? Any recommendations for camping there?

Man that's one hard march! 2 nights here three nights there. You're going to need a lot of joe to keep up that kind of pace! Hope you get a chance to relax and enjoy the scenery too.

Sounds like a GREAT trip! My mom's family is from Halifax. Absolutely GORGEOUS up there. Last time I went was when I was 7 or 8. I barely remember the trip, but love to see pictures of the old family farm up there!
