Park your rig near a BART station in the outlying Bay Area. Leave your dinghy there and use BART to get to one of the many forms of public transportation. It will likely be your cheapest most enjoyable way to see the city.

Bay bridge i looked it up though. I think im gonna stay north and juat drive in for the day

I hear the closest free RV parking is in Oakland. Check out uTube nomadic fanatic's video on his visit to Frisco.

As I recall he found parking close to light rail, and rode the rail to Fisherman's Wharf
