dump stations in indiana

I am fortunate to be attending the Fleetwood 65th Anniversary Rally at the Decatur, Indiana factory where my coach was built on June 2-8. But we were just informed to come with empty black tanks and full water tanks. I already knew we would be dry camping (boondocking) but expected there to be some sort of facility to allow us to get set-up.
What I am asking is where there might be a place I can dump along I-70 within an hour before Indianapolis or along I-69 between Indianapolis and Markle (US 224)? Truck stop, state park, rest area, RV campground? I figure I will fill my water tank at the same location. Not necessarily expecting a free location for dump or water. I hate to drag a full tank of water too far but I'll have to do whatever is necessary. There will be a honey wagon at the Rally site ($25) but no water service. There will be 300 coaches there so I am not alone in my quest for information.

Flying J at I465 and SR37 (Harding Street). Southwest corner. Free last time I checked and you can fuel up at the same time.....

Edit: link above says there is a fee. Also, now that I think about it, the concrete slops away from the dump valve so I had to use a few leveling blocks to get a good dump.

Thanks for all of the suggestions. Love's will be my place of choice this trip. There are no Flying J's or Pilots that way according to their website. I have been informed by the Rally organizers that they will have water hydrants available to us so I just need to have empty black and grey tanks when I arrive.
The folks who use the RV.net website never fail to have answers when I need them.
Thanks again!

There is a Love's Travel Stop on I-69 exit 264 (Marion IN). 45 miles from Decatur. They have a dump station. Not sure about cost. Less than $10. You may have to get fresh water and the islands. Not sure they have potable water at the dump station. TEL (765) 662-6462

Most Flying J's have dumps and water at the RV pumps.
