I highly recommend this school. Have lunch or dinner there if they have open seats. The food comes right off their farm! If you're getting into dutch ovening I think you'll like the blacksmith class for making your own campfire tools.

Now we got another reason to go. Wife wants to do glass classes. Not sure what I'll do. Maybe I'll learn a little blacksmithing.
