We haven't been with a TT in probably 8 years as we sold ours back then and bought another one this spring. Can't wait! Kind of sad the previous owners sold it a few years ago, but the new ones seem to be doing a great job. One of our top 5 favorite little campgrounds anywhere between VA and NC. Looking forward to see the changes they have made. They always had some of the nicest bathhouses, store, and cabins.

Stayed there a week in late October 2009. Was our "base" for Virginia winery hopping, the fall NASCAR races at Martinsville, a trip to Mt Airy NC, and general aimless wandering. One of our most enjoyable RV trips.

With the ownership change, I guess the red hen that stubbornly roosted in the road by the office is 'unemployed'.

haven't stayed there yet but this past summer when we were staying at stone mountain state park, we took the time to drive to this koa and the very friendly office staff allowed us to drive thru to check things out. looked to be well kept and the sites were nice.
