Good Find @ Lordsburg NM

We passed up truckstops on east & west ends of Lordsburg,NM also the fairgrounds by the railroad tracks, then stumbled on a large lot behind "Kranberry's" Family Restaurant. "RV Parking" sign out front caught my eye. Didn't know if that meant overnight, so asked hostess when we were in to eat dinner. She said we were welcome to do that. Slept very well.

I've used all 3. Kranberry's for breakfast. KOA, visitors center, and Flying J for the night. Flying J works great for me!!

I believe that that has been available for a long time unless the KOA squawked and stopped them for awhile. We use the Visitors Center 2 miles to the west of Kranberry's.

Isn't that the American way?

Perhaps I live in a part of this nation that some would refer to as "Flyover country" but I don't understand that to be the "American Way". I understand it as being respectful to others and using it only if I need it with the idea that patronizing the business is my way of thanking them for the gesture.

Nice. That's a wise move on their part, opening the parking lot for RVers. Hopefully it increases their business.
