Just got back from 4 nites at Salt Creek county park on the straits of Jaun De Fuca and had an awesome winter/spring experience. Rolled in on Thursday and found our site,22, went and dumped the tanks,W/E and no sewer, and set up. Almost all the sites were taken with families with small children and it was great watching them all playing together. Weather was horrid one minute and great the next. All in all a great time. We were going to head out to the coast to La Push, but decided to head back to Port Townsend and stayed at Point Hudson RV park. Same crazy weather, but it was great with the MH in a waterfront site, just sitting there all day, watching the rain and wind,up to 30 mph, and then some periods of sun when we could take the dog out for a quick walk. Went over to Fort Worden and found, that like Salt Creek and Point Hudson,it was almost full down on the water.

We had good weather there last summer, thoroughly enjoyed it. Sequim was very interesting, great market, and the SEAFOOD.
