Lately there has been a lot of interest in viewing photos of the sites that different campgrounds have to offer. Let's start posting them to this thread and if there seems to be enough interest, perhaps we can make the thread a permanent sticky.

If you have recently posted photos of this sort, please re-post them here. If you have new ones to share, please do!

Don't forget to label the photos: Campground name, site #'s if you know them, area of campground, etc.

**A photo width of 500 works really well.

I am taking the liberty of copying here some recent photos submitted by member 'marites62'.

Fishing Bridge - This is site 60 in the B loop - back-in, full hookups (It can be tough for long trailers and 5th wheels):

More of the same site:

Colter Bay Village - This is site 40, Pull through, full hookups. It is at the end of the loop which was nice.

Davis Camp north of Bullhead City, Arizona. It's a very large complex originally built for the workers building the Davis Dam on the Colorado. It's operated by the Mohave County, website www.mcparks.com

There are four rv parking areas, RV-A through RV-D. RV-B through RV-D are all full hookups at $19/day, $114/week, $356/month and they are all together as shown in the second photo. No access to the river that I could see short of driving to it or taking a long hike.

I was in RV-A which is electric and water only at $16/day (no weekly or monthly rate) but very close to the river as the above and this photo shows:

Only occasional traces of internet via Verizon AirCard and no cable or local television but great for a day or week at a white sandy river beach!

Site #372 at Ottawa Lake CG, Kettle Moraine SF (South Unit), Wis. - this is one of the campground host sites. The story behind this: I goofed making our reservation for the weekend, got there & found our reserved site was w/o electric hookup! (Not enough battery capacity for that!) Asked the gals at check-in if they had any electric sites available; they didn't. I must have looked extra sad, as they thought about it and said we could have this one, as the old host had left and new one would arrive Monday. It was great! (Better than most.) We could not use the water/sewer hookups there, by agreement, but had the electric, a nice graveled firepit, paved site pad, etc.
