We are looking for a nice place to stay for a week or so, end of spring, beginning of summer. We want to stay on the beach on gulf of mexico, but also want the RV resort to have a pool.....

I know there are a couple in Destin Fl, wondering if we can get feedback from anyone with experience at beach front sites.

We have 5 kids and will be driving Class C from Arizona.

Ones we are looking at would be Topsail, Gulf St Park, Camping on the Beach, Grayton St Park, St Andrews St Park.... to name some I am somewhat familiar with. I have no idea what might be in Texas.

Thanks!

Check out Gulf State Park at Alapark.com. They are close to the beach, beautiful pool and water pad with lots to do close by. We will there the first week of June. Have fun.

Camping on the beach aka camp gulf is very nice but also pricey. We love the beach front sites there.

topsail and gulf state are not beach front, but very close to beach.
Pensacola beach rv is on the sound side of gulf, on the water. Very nice, but pricey.
Gulf State is THE best value, tons to do, great pool, trails, on and on fun, especially for the kids. My kids stay gone from sun up to when I have to go and get them...lol
Beach is very close, so are some really good places to eat.
Good luck, all you mentioned are nice places to stay.

Look at Panama City Beach RV Resort, very nice, private gated, about 100 yards to beach. Check their website.

Some nice RV resorts on Florida's panhandle, as shown in the video at http://vimeo.com/62095464#at=2
