RV storage in AZ, CA

I am looking to park my 24 ft Sprinter in Arizona or Palm Springs area for the winter and fly down to go on a few trips during the winter. Looking for advice on where to park that will be safe but not too expensive

Almost impossible to find space in PHX metro area, perhaps Apache Junction or west side of town. Most places have long waiting lists.
