Suggestions between Asheville and Letchworth St Pk,NY

Hi,
We will be staying at Mama Gerties near Asheville in mid-July and then have reservations at Letchworth State Park in NY . We have 4 nights to fill between leaving Asheville and arriving in NY. Looking for suggestions on places to stay and things to do. Thanks

If you like amusement parks, Knoebels in Elysburg, PA is a great option. Pretty basic (but adequate and decently maintained) campground, and a great traditional amusement park.

If you can dry camp (bathrooms with hot showers), one of the prettiest state parks in the country is Ricketts Glen in PA. There is a trail that runs along 22 waterfalls and hundreds of cascades in the park.

Obviously you have the entire Blue Ridge Parkway and the Skyline Drive along the way. The Gettysburg, PA area has many good campgrounds and many things to do. There are tons of attractions all along your approximate route, you might want to post what you might like.
