Numerous well thought out and considered suggestions for punishment. Get real. The guy's an idiot, but the punishment should fit the crime. The only things missing from above is the tar and feathers and crucifixion.

Charge him with a crime, convict him of the crime, ban him from entry to the USA just like his home country would ban a US citizen entering his country. If it is true that a DWI in the US can get one banned then everyone should support the sentence.
