Behind this wall where you see this sticker is probably a large 3/4-inch or 1-inch THICK flat board. You should be able to tap on the wall and find the boundary of the back board. The one in my trailer went all the way across the wall in the bed room. Everywhere I tapped was solid... If the back board was not there then all you would have for support would be the 1/4-inch thick plyboard stuff which will not support anything as heavy as a HDTV. It will pull out the screws from the weight..
You can use standard wood screws to attach your HDTV wall mounting bracket. AT least four screws should be used..
Your HDTV wall mount probably comes with screws for you to use. I think mine did...
I got my HDTV wall mount from WALMART where i got my 22-inch VIZIO HDTV. One point is you may want to pick out a HDTV wall mount that also pivits up and down. My VIZIO TV needed to be tilted down some as well as left to right for me to see the screen better. WALMART had a full selection of HDTV wall mount that fits all of the different four screw mount on the back of the HDTVs...
