Look at Amped Wireless booster router. I still using an older model at home so I can use a laptop in the garage or out on the deck. I think it's great and the newer ones are a lot better.
This is booster that differs from what a lot of RV'ers try to use because to use it, you have to have the password on the main router so that no one else can use it. What you would do, is between you and the wherever the router is located, find the furthest point towards you, install the Amped unit there and then it will boost the signal out to you.
If you have any problems, they have great technical support. I loaned it to a friend to try and of course he had to change the password to what he was using and then forgot what it was........ They took care of the password problem and got me set up again. You can also go to Amazon and read the reviews.
Amped Wireless ClickyHere's another idea - but someone else will have to chime it as to whether it will really work. Go to you local electronics shop and get them to cut you a 400' piece of CAT 5 or CAT 6 cable, put some ends on it and plug in your computer to the office. I don't know what's between the office and you as far as open driveways or so on, so that may not physically work.
