We replaced carpet with laminate flooring

We've just finished replacing our living room carpet with Allure Trafficmaster laminate flooring. So far, we are pleased with the results Our blog has lots of photos and information about the project - you'll find it linked in my signature below.

That's nice looking. Congrats on job well done! Currently RoadAbode just has Linoleum throughout. This would definitely be an upgrade. Were you able to just cut with a utility knife or another type of blade?

Thanks for posting. Looks like you did a good job. I plan to do the same upgrade this summer but haven't made up my mind about what materials to use.
