38' toy hauler suggestions

Debating trading my 320G in vs upgrading the axles for the capacity we need.

In the meantime, can anyone suggest a possible toyhauler with the below requirements.

40' overall or less.
dedicated garage 12'+
8K lb axles
Half bath in the back

My first go-to would be the Momentum 351M. It's approximately 40' long (advertised as 38.5' though), but comes with 11' garage. That extra 12" makes a big difference on ATVs and SxS options/how to load. It's also pretty dang expensive.

What other brands fit the above categories? I am limited to 40' or less due to my storage spot.

what about the 350g? the G class you cannot upgrade axles like the m class. that's because the m class starts with a better frame. maybe call dune sport and look into one of there custom fifthwheel toyhaulers.

We bought a Rogue Vengeance 32V this summer. 39 feet. 12 foot garage. 1/2 bath in back. We love it. There are mixed reviews on Forest River products but this has been great. The ramp is came with the patio set up.

Check out the Voltage 3635. Only has 7k axles but has 13' garage with a dedicated eating space!

Also late here, but finding one under 38 but with a half bath and 12' garage is going to be tough. Our last rig was a Keystone Impact 351 and it had everything you listed but the half bath right around 38', and there wasn't much living space at all. Otherwise we were happy with it, but the living space is why we ended up trading it for a traditional 5th wheel that's 34'. Doesn't appear they make the 351 anymore either. The 367 might fit the bill except it's 39'.

Late to the party here, but I just saw the Momentum 351 at the RV Show in Tampa. Having had several garage-less toy haulers in the past, the 11' also concerns me. However, I really thought the floor plan was awesome. If you can eek out 2 more feet, the 381 has the 15' garage. I've been thinking about going the MH and trailer route, in an effort to keep things smaller, but this trailer has me thinking. Unfortunately, there are some pretty tough reviews about Momentum online. I was thinking they might be a higher end operation, but perhaps not.
