50 amp shore power issue

2015 Fuzion, when plugged into 50 amp shore power I am not getting power to most appliances (but bedroom AC will run). When using 50/30 adapter I can power the AC and all appliances normally. When running on generator power all works normally. Any idea why I am only getting partial power on 50 amp shore power?

Do you have an inverter to power parts of the rig? It could have a tripped breaker.
Is the rig fitted with an energy management center? It could be set to thirty amp.
Are you sure the source has 120/240 output. Test as described by previous poster.

Start at the shore power with a volt meter. Measure 240 volts L1 to L2. 120 volts L1 to neutral and L2 to neutral. Measure every connection back to the main breaker. IN THAT ORDER.
