5ht Airborne Sidewinder skid plate not level

I have tried unsuccessfully to get the skid plate level like the instructions say it is to be. Running a minimum of 60 psi air makes the skid plate unlevel, should run a minimum of 80psi. I just lowered my Lil" rocker to the bottom bolts thinking that would help...it didn't. I am at a loss here, any thoughts?

I usually add air in mine after connected to the truck and air up till it is level...never even put an air gauge on it...just air till level...
