I am looking for recommendations on an app or Windows based program for routing an RV to avoid low bridges etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try either NavTruck or Truck GPS Route Navigation Truck GPS Route Naviagtion is free the other is not. SmartTruckRoute is another. There are several web sites, google it
