Looking for ideas on best cleaning products for dark (mine is light black and grey) awnings and dark (mine are black) slide toppers (I have 4). I am afraid to try bleach and dish soap (what I used on my white awnings) or for that matter most any cleaner as I am afraid it will take the color out of the awning and slide toppers and make them look blotchy. Thanks in advance.

Another vote for Tilex Mold and Mildew. This stuff is amazing and for some reason it works better than any other similar products.

The best way (and by far the easiest) is to get a couple of bottles of Tilex Mold And Mildew.
Wet the lowest six inches of the awning with the Tilex, roll it up a little bit, and then wet another six inches. Keep going until its all rolled up. Leave it rolled up for about 20-30 minutes, then unroll it and hose it off.
Same for the slide toppers.
No scrubbing required.
This even gets the most stubborn, years-old stains out.
