Do your captain chairs pitch you forward when setting in them? Mine sure did to the point that they weren't comfortable unless you put your feet up on the couch across the trailer to hold yourself back. Well this weekend I figured out that you can move the chair base forward on the chair frame to fix this problem. My chairs have 2 pieces of flat steel running from the front to the back of the chair that the swivel base is mounted to. These pieces of flat steel are predrilled with a couple mounting locations and my bases were mounted in the furthest back holes. I moved the bases forward towards the front of the chair and now when you set in the chair it's pitched back instead of forward. Be advised that the bases have a front and back, if there put back on backwards the chair doesn't set well at all.
Thought I would put this out there as my once hated chairs are now quite pleasant to set in.
2015 Eclipse Iconic Toy Hauler made by Eclipse Manufacturing which is a pile of junk. If you want to know more just ask and I'll tell you about cracked frames, loose tin, walls falling off, bad holding tanks and very poor customer service.
