Does anyone have any input on these toy haulers? Just looked at some at a RV show in Phoenix. Looked at the FS28TT toy hauler. They are the only medium size toy haulers in this price range that have things like: 2 separate gas tanks, 176 gal. fresh water, neon party lights inside above the cabinets, huge pass thru storage with one separate one, no wheel wells and higher ground clearance and rear electric stab jacks. Not sure about the roof construction though (TPO)? $42000 with an advertised gcvwr of 12500# and 8700# dry.

If you search my posts on here you will find pictures of it too. I posted on another thread about this somewhere. It's at the bottom edge of the subfloor where the walls meet the front face of the rv. Unless you have a cap front end. I have the diamond plate skirt up front and it is where the diamond plated meets the subfloor.

Things are still good and we are still happy with it. Pay particular close attention to the front by the leading edge of the trailer. The sub floor is exposed and needs to be fixed. I noticed that condition and all of the units at a sales lot including ours.

I just signed the papers on a fully loaded 28fs on Monday. How are you still liking yours?

Still like it. No problems other than what I've mentioned on here before and we just put another 400 miles on it couple weekends ago with no issues.

Dang, that's what I was afraid of. Even if I get a custom cage put on, it will still be around 72" tall. Guess I'll have to start looking again. Thanks for the quick response!

I don't have an exact number but the top of my HIDs are 66 inches tall and I believe I have at least 3 inches of clearance. The unit is in storage away from my house so I can measure for you now.

Thanks for all the info Grunt. I pretty much have it narrowed down to the 24FBH model. Do you know off the top of your head what the height is from the floor to the bottom of the couch frame when it's raised all the way up? I have a RZR 4 900 that I'll be loading in there and the stupidly tall cage is 77"(6'-5") tall. It looks like the support frame for the couch sticks down pretty far, may end up ruining my whole day. Thanks!

I also just bought this trailer. Have not camped in it yet, but after 3 rv's my inspection was pretty thorough. Do not have near the issues you had, just a couple small one's. This trailer was loaded and has the tankless water heater. Not sure I'm going to like it, time will tell. On a side note, how is the couch next to the refer held up in the stow position? No straps or locking mechanism that I can see???

Update: My unit is wired and hooked up with a switch for an "electric water heater" but it does not have that option only gas. Also, it is wired for 2 gray tanks but there is only one. Missing gutters for the awning too.

We spent a couple of hours looking at one of these in Springfield MO. Lots of things we liked, incredible outside storage. I think it has more than my 3612 Raptor! Cieling fan,sit down shower (I'm an amputee so thats a real plus)flat floor, no wheel wells, tall inside space with the rounded roof. I liked about everything except price. They has a show special price of 49995! Way too much money. I think even the 43000 price is high for what you get. I'll be pricing some other ones before I buy and may yet find a dealer with a better price. If the price comes inline then I'll reconsider it.

Update: Just picked up the TH that has been at the dealer for 2 months now for warranty work and a 35 item punch list. Everything has been at least addressed and or fixed. The dealer here in Phoenix gets an A grade from me for everything that they have done. My only complaint was the amount of time it took to finish but we did not have any trips planned during that time. The Mfg Evergreen gets an C- for their grade. Shipping a trailer to a dealer in the condition that ours was in which is not acceptable IMO and they didn't seem to be to apologetic for their lack of quality control. There is a flaw with their toy haulers regarding the leading edge of the front face. there is an area that is exposed to the weather and needs to be fixed FWIW to future customers.
