Been using a tripod on our 39 Denali and it does a decent job of getting the wiggle out. But is the cross braces that attach to the front legs any better?
Only
About 1000% better!
Figuring out how to sell my tripod, as we installed a set of JT Strongarms last year, and far superior to a tripod.
You can get a set of JTโs from PPL Motor Homes for about $230.

Almost every park we have been to, we have walked around and found at least two people selling their tri pods, cheap! I have never seen a J.T. Strongarm, (The criss cross braces), for sale anywhere! That has to tell you something!

I asked the question to an owner of the open road model fifth last year about how did he like the Jt's. Not worth fooling with them was his answer. You bought the fifth used I asked. Yes was the response and I knew he didn't understand how to adjust the jt's. He would try how I told him next time he used the fifth.
chevman or another Larry. Winfield product isn't close to the Jt's as the one I saw was just on the front.

Well I guess this is an agree to disagree thing. I removed my factory installed Strongarms when one got stuck. I didnโt think it was worth fixing because they didnโt seem to do anything.
