Hitch for this 5'er

2005 Raptor 3612, dry weight of 11500, gross trailer weight rating is 15000.

I have found a great deal on a lightly used pullrite 2700 15k rated hitch. Hitch is rated for 3750 # pin weight.

I will not be hauling much in the way of heavy cargo, bicycles, kids toy, dog kennel, etc...

Would you feel comfortable with this hitch for this trailer?

With your F250 that hitch will be fine cause you need to find a lighter trailer....one that will not have a pin weight over 2000-2100#

This is the sticker for my old 2005 Raptor 3612. I went with a larger SuperGlide, figured bigger was safer.

Yeah, I was just searching. I think this one is actually a 16.5k gross as well. Oh well, I guess I need to look for a deal on a 18k.

I have the fuzion 322 and it is the 2 axle model it grosses at 16,500 lbs.

I thought it did, but dealer is telling me 15. I can't see myself ever having it over 15 anyway - not enough toys sadly

I'd get something a little heavier then that.Give you a little fudge factor.that 3612 has to gross more then 15k.
