Jayco Pinnalle Leveling System

We are looking to replace our 2010 Montana with a new 5er. The Jayco Pinnacale’s look nice and my wife likes the floor plans and interior quality. I am more concerned about the axles, suspension, and Auto Levelers. This will be our first auto-leveling system and not sure about electric or hydraulic. Jayco has electric with front legs that look just like our Montana with all the adjustment holes. How is that Auto-Leveling if I need to set the length of the legs?

Any input about the auto-leveling and or Pinnicale over all is welcome. Or if you have a different recommendation please share.

I am very happy with our Jayco electric auto leveling. Push one button to drop the landing gear, unhook, push one button to level, walk away and let it do its thing.

Even with a electric self leveling system you still have to mess with those drop legs on each jack and they still use gear drives that wear out and need to be greased. Plus the electric is slow. I love my hydraulic Level-Up. Fast and powerful. Jayco uses it because it is much cheaper just like those troublesome Schwintec slide mechanisms. Jayco's Pinnacle is a far cry from the great old Jayco Designer series of yesteryear.

I have the same thread going as well. We like a Cardinal with Hydraulic leveling and Jayco with the electric. Seems like the electric would be slower and not a fan of the pins. Only one advantage I can see on the Jayco is each of the 6 six points has an independant motor so it might be easier to servie if and when needed. The Jayco dealer had no clue why Jayco uses electric.
