Leaking Propane Regulator

I have a 2016 Heartland Gateway. I've replaced the regulator twice on one side, and the leaks continue to come back. I've been trying to find the exact regulator with hose that came with as it seems the ones I'm replacing it with aren't to spec.
Any help would be appreciated.

I would replace both regulators and the pigtails. I prefer Cavagna brand.

I also got mine from Amazon. When I replaced it, I also replaced the small hoses that go from the regulator to the bottles. That was a couple of years ago.

The most important thing is knowing where it's leaking. Many people have replaced good working regulators because the in or out connections were leaking. Often when removing and replacing the regulator, they fix the leak at the connection (25 cents worth of yellow gas tape) making them think ti was the regulator because the leak stopped.

Lots of regulators on the market are cheap Chinese. Get a domestic one and be happy.

Is the regulator itself leaking (such as from the regulator's vent) or is the leak coming from the input or output connection? If it's coming from the vent, make sure it is the correct regulator. You may have replaced a high pressure (30 psi) regulator with a low pressure regulator. Been there, done that!

Is it a flare fitting and you're attempting to use tape or goop, or it's not a flare fitting and you should use goop? Where exactly is the leak? soapy water is a good way to find the exact leak point.

Is it the regulator that looks like this one? Mine started leaking several years ago and I replaced it and no more leaks.

I think it is smart to contact Heartland. That being said, I had a regulator go out after 3 years. It had 30 gpsi stamped on it. I checked with a dealer and bought a red regulator that was rated for 30 PSI. It is working now.

Nothing that gives me the brand. I will try to contact Heartland.

Contact Heartland? You don't have a data sheet on the original with the documentation that they gave you with the RV?
